KUSTM apparel is made to order. Every piece is printed and assembled after you check out — so production time is part of the timeline.

Production Time

3–5 business days after order placement. Complex designs or peak periods (holidays, drops) may add 1–2 days.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery

• Domestic (US) Standard: $8 — 4–7 business days after production
• Domestic (US) Express: $15 — 1–3 business days after production
• International: USPS or DHL Express — rates calculated at checkout, 7–21 business days after production

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.

Lost or Stuck Packages

If tracking hasn't updated for 7+ business days (domestic) or 21+ business days (international), email admin@nosaddays.com and we'll open a carrier investigation.
