Refund Policy

Because every KUSTM item is custom-printed to your order, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for buyer's-remorse, wrong size, or wrong color once an order is placed.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the design you approved at checkout, contact admin@nosaddays.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue (front, back, and any defects)
  • A short description of the problem

We'll review and, if approved, ship a free replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We cover the reprint and reshipping cost in these cases.

Wrong Address

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided at checkout, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping. Reshipping fees apply.

Unclaimed Packages

Packages left unclaimed at the local distribution center and returned to us are non-refundable.
